Set realistic but difficult to obtain goals. Your triathlon goals should be achievable and challenging at the same time. An unrealistic goal will kill motivation but a goal that is too easily obtained will lead to boredom. Weekly Workouts
Every week, you will get eight brand new swimming, cycling, running and strength training workouts. Download the workouts as a PDF file and take them with you when you workout.
All swimming, cycling and running workouts are based on your training zones or RPE (rating of perceived exertion) so they fit your personal fitness level. You can further modify each workout duration to fit your abilities to give you the challange you need.

Efficiency and Speed Drills
Drills are a must if you want to get efficient and fast in any sport. We will provide sport specific drills to make you as efficient as possible.
No matter what your level, all athletes can benefits from these drills to help improve coordination, speed, power and specific sports skill. Use these drills to perfect your speed and refine your sports technique.

Triathlon Training Plan
We will develop a personalized triathlon training plan based on your goals and your "A" race. Each training plan follows a systematic progression for short-course and long-course racing. By learning the specific steps needed to achieve your goals, you increase your motivation and your chances of success. The final step is to get out there and work your plan.
As you complete each phase, you will see the improvements in your endurance, speed, and recovery and you will move into the next phase of your training. Each phase of the program, builds from the last and prepares you for your big race.
